Setup and limits

The directory supplies weather.rmskin. Follow the listed source instructions for installation and loading. The observed configuration method is the skin's settings button, which lets you change the location and choose Fahrenheit or Celsius; further setup steps are not supplied.

The source does not identify the forecast provider, location format or update interval. Its three-day forecast is a directory-described function; current data availability needs checking rather than being inferred from the package listing. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
