Resource Credits and Rights

Desktop skins and Windows cursors

DeskSpruce is an independent directory of Rainmeter desktop skins and Windows cursor sets. The two catalogs are separate: cursor packages do not inherit Rainmeter requirements. We are not affiliated with Rainmeter, Microsoft or the listed creators. Existing preview credits and source links are preserved; source descriptions and link checks are not independent installation, safety or license verification.

Skin packages and preview images remain the work of their respective creators. Listing a resource does not transfer ownership to DeskSpruce.

Links, previews and files

Permission to link to a source, use an image, host a package and operate a mirror are separate questions. A publicly reachable file is not automatically licensed for redistribution. Permission from a skin creator does not necessarily include permission to use another site's file hosting.

Our working records preserve the original destination of each resource link. A new source or mirror is a proposed replacement, not an automatic substitution. We do not silently replace download destinations with advertising or affiliate links.

Credits and third-party content

Resource pages must identify the creator and explain where a download button leads. A wallpaper shown behind a skin may have its own license and may not be included in the package. We do not reuse a competitor's reviews or ratings as our own.

For a correction or rights concern, see Report an issue. The selected contact is hello@deskspruce.com; mailbox connection and delivery verification are still pending.

Preview credits

Existing previews illustrate the named resources and retain source and creator credits on their listing pages. They are not screenshots produced by DeskSpruce. Credit does not transfer ownership or grant a separate license to visitors. Wallpapers, fonts, application logos and other third-party elements may have different terms and may not be included in a skin download.

DeskSpruce does not claim ownership of Rainmeter or imply an official affiliation with its developers.
