Setup and limits

The supplied description links to a home page and a download page but does not give installation or configuration steps. The source page must be checked for the package, loading instructions and any location settings before setting up this skin.

The documented geographic focus is Japan. The supplied evidence does not identify the weather provider, radar service, required Rainmeter version or location-selection procedure, so those dependencies and coverage details need checking on the source page. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
