Setup and limits

The directory lists a weather-glass.rmskin package. To open settings, move the pointer over the skin and double-click it. Follow the listed source instructions for installation and check the source page for the remaining location-configuration steps.

The source does not identify the weather provider, API, or update schedule. Although the settings-opening gesture is documented, available settings and current forecast-service operation are not verified by this directory evidence. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
