Sim Weather Rainmeter Skin

Sim Weather presents weather through animation and visual indicators rather than ordinary text readouts. A sun represents current temperature, a rotating windmill indicates wind speed, and a customizable compass shows wind direction; tooltips supply the additional information in this otherwise text-free Rainmeter skin.
