Rain Rainmeter Skin

Rain is a weather-linked desktop effect rather than a conventional forecast panel. According to the directory, falling drops appear only when it is raining in the configured area. The effect also has adjustable transparency, allowing its visible rain layer to be made more or less pronounced.

The weather service and method of detecting local rain are unspecified. The supplied description does not establish that the weather connection currently works or explain how the effect behaves when weather data is unavailable. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
