Combilaunch Rainmeter Skin

Combilaunch adds phone-inspired pattern and combination interactions to application launching through Rainmeter. Users draw a pattern and associate it with an application action, then adjust the presentation through a configuration menu. Its distinctive focus is configurable pattern-based access rather than a conventional row of application shortcuts.

Setup and limits

Install Rainmeter, then run the Combilaunch .rmskin from the JaxCore site with default installation settings and complete the startup prompts. Load Combilaunch\@Settings\Main.ini in Manage. Under Actions, add a named action, draw its pattern, select an application or shortcut, then refresh Rainmeter.

Requires Rainmeter 4.5 or newer. The source credits FileChoose for file selection. Although described as an app lock, the supplied evidence does not establish security guarantees or protection against launching the application through other routes. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
