Blur Minimal Rainmeter Skin

Blur Minimal by Skryyne is a Rainmeter launcher arranged along one side of the desktop. Its restrained layout leaves the remaining background largely open, while shortcuts provide access to files, a browser, Skype, and other applications rather than filling the desktop with scattered icons.
