XMB Rainmeter Suite

XMB adapts the PlayStation 3's XMB menu concept into a Rainmeter skin suite. Its identity is the console-menu imitation rather than a generic desktop widget collection. The supplied repository documentation covers both packaged installation and manual file placement, with a preferred package route for installing layouts.

What this skin includes

• The suite imitates the PS3 XMB menu.
• The minimum documented Rainmeter version is 3.1.
• Release packages use the name XMB_<version>.rmskin.
• The repository ZIP contains an XMB folder inside Skins.

Setup and limits

Open the release's XMB_<version>.rmskin file with Rainmeter and follow the prompts. Alternatively, extract the XMB folder from the ZIP's Skins directory into your Rainmeter skins folder. The source recommends the package installer when installing a Rainmeter layout.

Rainmeter 3.1 or later is required, with the latest stable release recommended by the source. The documentation does not enumerate menu actions or external integrations. The skins-folder location can differ when OneDrive manages Documents. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
