Setup and limits

A sunset-vision.rmskin package is listed. The description identifies clock-format, temperature-unit, language, and location settings but gives no access procedure. Follow the listed source instructions and check the source page for how to configure these options.

The source does not name the forecasting service, forecast duration, or supported languages. Its claims about accuracy are not accompanied by testing, and present weather-data availability cannot be established from the directory listing. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
