Sparkle Rainmeter Skin

The weather.com city-code procedure is historical configuration evidence, not confirmation of a currently working weather service. The directory does not establish current Gmail integration, weather availability or required Rainmeter version. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
