Search+ is a Rainmeter search resource described as using a portable mode to find files and folders across an entire drive. Its documented focus is local drive searching, rather than a web-search shortcut, although the directory does not explain the underlying search mechanism.

Setup and limits

No procedure for enabling portable mode or choosing a drive is included. Check the source page and follow any listed source instructions; the download link alone does not establish installation steps, search configuration, or any supporting software setup.

The directory does not identify a search backend, indexing method, or dependency. Its reference to portable mode should not be interpreted as proof of a self-contained package, installation-free operation, or documented coverage of every connected drive. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
