Setup and limits

An RMSKIN package is linked in the directory. Follow the listed source instructions for installation and variant selection. The supplied text lists resolution, design and effect choices but does not explain the controls used to select them.

The source calls the resource a time clock but does not document readable time fields or timekeeping controls. Its strongest evidence concerns animation and appearance, not specific clock functionality. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
