Setup and limits

A .rmskin package is listed. The source describes using the button on the lower bar to switch among East, West and Central standings. Follow the listed source instructions for installation and any data configuration; no further setup is supplied.

Internet access is an explicit dependency. The supplied evidence does not identify the standings provider, refresh interval or current availability of its data source, so present-season operation is not established by the directory. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
