Kite is a configurable Rainmeter suite with light and dark presentation options, English and Russian localization, and adjustable scale and colors. Its ThemeSyncer can follow the Windows theme and accent color. The documented setup also includes GitHub feed and OpenWeatherMap integrations rather than just static desktop decoration.

Setup and limits

Edit @Resources/Config.inc for scale, colors, theme, and language. Put the GitHub feed key in GitHub/Feed/token-github-feed.ignore.txt. Store the weather key in Weather/token-openweathermap.ignore.inc under [Variables] as token-openweathermap=YOUR_API_KEY. The source page must be checked for the suite installation procedure.

The source lists FrostedGlass and .NET Framework 4.7.2 or later for the theme-reading helper. Python 3 is required for pyrmont customization and GitHub feed scraping. GitHub feed and weather configuration require their respective keys; these integrations depend on external services. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
