GitWid Rainmeter Dashboard

GitWid brings a compact GitHub account dashboard to the Rainmeter desktop through three related widgets. Hub handles account configuration, Stats shows repository and follower information, and Streak displays consecutive days of commit activity. Its focus is account statistics rather than general computer monitoring.

Setup and limits

Download the latest .rmskin from Releases and double-click it to install. Load GitWid Hub and enter your GitHub username and Personal Access Token. The source specifies the repo scope for that token. Then load Stats and Streak to retrieve the account data.

The documented requirements are Rainmeter 4.5 or later and Windows 10 or 11. GitHub data depends on the configured username, Personal Access Token, and external service. The supplied evidence does not document refresh intervals or behavior when requests fail. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
