Appearance and choice

GoogleDot is a Google-inspired pointer project with Blue, Black, White and Red variants. The source describes contrasting outlines: Black uses a white outline, while White uses a black outline. The color alternatives are kept together here as one cursor family.

The README lists four Windows sizes: 16, 24, 32 and 48 pixels. Its separate Xcursor size list describes Linux. Use the Black Windows ZIP below for that variant, or compare the other Windows assets; a Linux tar archive is not an alternative Windows installer.

Source variants

These are alternative official assets for the same set:

Before changing your pointers

The source's White color section has inconsistent parenthetical color labels; the hexadecimal values and named variant are clearer evidence than those labels. No current Windows build or display-scaling result has been tested by DeskSpruce. This is an independent inspired project, not an official Google release.

Extract the ZIP to a folder you can keep. If it supplies .cur or .ani pointer files, use the Windows Pointers dialog to browse for the file for each role, and save a named scheme. A ZIP is a container, .cur is a cursor file and .ani is an animated cursor file; an .inf is configuration, not a preview. Do not run unfamiliar installers merely to inspect the set. See the manual Windows cursor guide for the documented selection and restore path.
