Appearance and choice
A fan conversion of Dota 2 cursor packs into desktop pointer schemes. The source groups Default and themed packs in one project and says the game need not be installed. The primary link is the Default Windows ZIP; the named packs are alternatives within this project, not extra thin catalog pages.
The source explicitly calls these static: in-game glow and motion come from the game engine, not the single-frame cursor art. It describes Windows .cur/.ani resources with embedded sizes from 16 through 64 pixels, derived from 32-pixel artwork, so larger displays may look softer. An .ani filename alone is not proof of visible animation.
Before changing your pointers
The source says text carets are original additions and that busy/resize roles reuse other artwork where Dota has no corresponding art. It labels the project unaffiliated with Valve and intended for personal desktop use. Those statements do not establish a blanket artwork license; no package has been installed or mirrored by DeskSpruce.
Extract the archive to a folder you can keep. If it supplies .cur or .ani pointer files, use the Windows Pointers dialog to browse for the file for each role, and save a named scheme. A ZIP is a container, .cur is a cursor file and .ani is an animated cursor file; an .inf is configuration, not a preview. Do not run unfamiliar installers merely to inspect the set.
