Appearance and choice
BreezeX adapts the KDE Breeze pointer style for Windows, with distinct Dark, Light and Black treatments. The dark treatment uses a gray pointer fill with a white outline; the source lists the light treatment with the colors reversed and the black treatment with a black fill.
Choose a color treatment for contrast against the windows you use, then compare the documented Regular, Large and Extra-Large Windows size groups. The Windows size table is separate from the Xcursor table; Linux pixel sizes should not be read as the Windows package specification.

Before changing your pointers
This page links the Dark Windows ZIP. Other color treatments are listed below as variants of the same work, not separate catalog entries. The project supports Windows in its documentation, but no installation or exact Windows build has been tested by DeskSpruce.
Extract the ZIP to a folder you can keep. If it supplies .cur or .ani pointer files, use the Windows Pointers dialog to browse for the file for each role, and save a named scheme. A ZIP is a container, .cur is a cursor file and .ani is an animated cursor file; an .inf is configuration, not a preview. Do not run unfamiliar installers merely to inspect the set.
