Setup and limits

The directory provides a powerclock.rmskin package link. Follow the listed source instructions for installation and use the described Settings controls for configuration. The supplied evidence mentions size and placement changes without giving a step-by-step adjustment procedure.

The term power meter is not defined in the directory. The evidence does not establish that it measures battery charge, electrical consumption or audio activity, so its changing appearance should not imply those functions. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
