## Setup and limits

The source provides a beta download link but does not supply installation steps, skin-loading instructions, or an icon-editing procedure. Check the source page for the actual package and its setup directions before configuring this taskbar and Start menu recreation.

The source identifies a seven-icon limit including Start. FrostedGlass blur, weather, battery display, easier icon editing, and open-app-aware icon behavior appear as development goals, not verified released functions. The advertised package is a beta. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
