Weather Now is a Rainmeter widget for current local weather, with graphics that change to match the conditions being reported. The source describes a resizable display that can be positioned around the desktop. Its documented focus is current conditions rather than an extended forecast or calendar view.

## Source-listed appearance and features

The following details are reported by the source listing, not established by a DeskSpruce installation test.

- Shows current weather for a location.
- Weather graphics vary with reported conditions.
- The skin can be resized.
- Desktop placement can be changed.
- The directory credits adni18.

## Setup and limits

An RMSKIN package is supplied, and the listing mentions size and placement adjustments. It does not document location selection or the settings interface. Check the source page and follow its listed instructions for installation and weather configuration.

The source does not name a weather provider, update interval or location-entry method. Changing graphics are described by the directory, but the evidence does not confirm present feed availability or establish any forecast capability. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
