Wallpaper Changer by epicpotatoe is a Rainmeter widget for switching desktop backgrounds. The directory describes a set of three wallpapers that can be changed through the skin. Its documented role is limited to background selection, rather than a larger suite of clocks, system meters or media controls.

## What this skin includes

- Provides wallpaper-changing functionality.
- The description identifies three wallpapers.
- The listed package is wallpaper-changer.rmskin.

## Setup and limits

The directory lists wallpaper-changer.rmskin but supplies no installation steps or explanation of its wallpaper-switching controls. Follow the listed source instructions and check the source page for how to load the widget and select among the three described backgrounds.

Only switching among three wallpapers is described. The evidence does not establish automatic rotation, support for adding images, download sources or the particular controls used to change the background. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
