ValliStart provides a customizable Windows start-menu replacement through JaxCore. Rather than a standalone clock or monitoring panel, it organizes pinned shortcuts, media controls and a control center within an animated menu. Interchangeable modules and configurable hotkeys extend how the menu is arranged and accessed.

## Setup and limits

Download JaxCore through the website alternative described by the source. Complete its welcome screen, select ValliStart and click Install; it then appears on the library page. Use the JaxCore menu to configure it, consulting the linked documentation for additional settings.

The source lists Windows 10 or above as a prerequisite and separately states that older systems need PowerShell 5.1 or newer. Installation and configuration run through JaxCore. The supplied evidence does not explain weather-provider requirements or which interchangeable modules are installed by default. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
