Tablet Companion places music controls, PC statistics, and RGB lighting controls in a Rainmeter interface designed for a tablet used as a second screen. Alongside track information and an audio spectrum, it offers disk, processor, memory, and network readings. Its lighting section sends commands and audio-derived values to a separate controller.

## What this skin includes

- Designed around a 1280 × 800 fullscreen layout.
- Includes track information, playback controls, a spectrum, and a progress meter.
- CPU and RAM meters can open Task Manager.
- Shows network speeds and accumulated transfers.
- Supports multiple LED modes through an ESP8266 controller.

## Setup and limits

The author uses spacedesk to make the tablet a second computer display. Obtain the linked WebSocket client plugin for the controller connection. Use the right-click menu to choose WebNowPlaying or NowPlaying, and edit the skin if needed for your audio application. Other resolutions may require layout adjustments.

LED functions depend on the author's ESP8266 controller setup and WebSocket plugin; audio processing uses AudioLevel and Lua. The Gaming algorithm was developed for Battlefield 1, with other games unverified. Proposed weather and color-selector additions are not established features. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
