Roman Style Clock by by-segaal is a decorative Rainmeter clock with a Roman-inspired appearance and a white-and-red color scheme. The directory also describes changing the background to complement that look, positioning the work as a themed desktop clock rather than a monitoring suite.

## Source-listed appearance and features

The following details are reported by the source listing, not established by a DeskSpruce installation test.

- Uses a Roman-inspired clock design.
- The clock has a white-and-red color scheme.
- The description mentions changing the background.

## Setup and limits

A roman-style-clock.rmskin package is linked by the directory. Follow the listed source instructions to install and configure it. Although the description mentions changing the background, it does not provide a procedure or identify a background-setting control.

The evidence does not specify clock-format options, additional readings, or the scope of background changes. The directory's visual description should not be treated as documentation of broader customization controls. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
