Rainmeter Codex Quota Monitor displays quota information reported by a locally installed Codex application. Its Glacier, Aurora and Blueprint variants combine remaining quota with reset timing and task-aware activity states. A persistent pool selector switches between five-hour and weekly views, while bottom-row controls manage polling and window placement.

## What this skin includes

- Shows remaining quota, reset countdown, restore time and plan.
- Refreshes at task start and every 20 seconds while active.
- SILENT state has no remote polling.
- QUIET pauses scheduled polling during the active task period.
- The quota-pool selection survives restarts.
- Provides persistent TOP OFF and TOP ON controls.

## Setup and limits

Download CodexQuotaOptions\_1.6.0.rmskin from the latest GitHub Release and open it with Rainmeter Skin Installer. Load CodexQuotaOptions\\Glacier\\Glacier.ini if necessary. Glacier starts with TOP OFF; use the bottom-center switch for TOP ON. For customization, right-click Glacier and select Edit dynamic panel settings, or edit Variables.inc.

Requires Windows 10 or 11, Rainmeter 4.5 or newer, and a locally installed, signed-in Codex application or CLI. Building the listener requires a Windows .NET Framework 4.x compiler. This independent project relies on local Codex implementation details that may change; it is not maintained or endorsed by OpenAI. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
