PowerClock combines a date and time display with a changing, multicolored meter around the clock. The directory calls this surrounding element a power meter and describes RGB coloring, while also noting adjustable size and placement through the skin's settings.

## Source-listed appearance and features

The following details are reported by the source listing, not established by a DeskSpruce installation test.

- Created by ninjaki8.
- Displays date and time.
- Has a surrounding meter described as varying over time.
- The surrounding meter uses RGB colors.
- Size and placement can be changed; settings are provided.

## Setup and limits

The directory provides a powerclock.rmskin package link. Follow the listed source instructions for installation and use the described Settings controls for configuration. The supplied evidence mentions size and placement changes without giving a step-by-step adjustment procedure.

The term power meter is not defined in the directory. The evidence does not establish that it measures battery charge, electrical consumption or audio activity, so its changing appearance should not imply those functions. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
