English and Russian language support distinguishes it from a purely decorative desktop note display.

## Setup and limits

Install Rainmeter and download the latest Notes++ skin. Double-click its .rmskin file to install it. To reach the configuration interface, right-click the loaded skin and choose Notes++ settings; the source identifies this menu entry as the way to access its settings.

The documented requirements are Windows 7 or higher and Rainmeter 4.2.0 or higher. Reminder capacity is limited to sixteen entries. The supplied description documents English and Russian, not additional interface languages. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
