## Setup and limits

An RMSKIN package is listed by the directory. Follow the listed source instructions to install and load it, then consult its settings for time format, transparency and draggability. The description says time adjustments are made through the computer's usual time settings.

The source does not enumerate the variants or explain the ball's exact relationship to hours, minutes or seconds. Its settings description is a directory account rather than a tested configuration guide. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
