IcyStorm by TheIcyStar is a decorative Rainmeter snow effect. The directory presents falling flakes over a mountain-and-forest scene, with controls for the rate of falling snow, wind speed, and flake count rather than clocks, launchers, or system readings.

## Source-listed appearance and features

The following details are reported by the source listing, not established by a DeskSpruce installation test.

- Creates a falling-snow effect.
- Fall speed can be adjusted.
- Wind speed can be adjusted.
- The number of snowflakes can be adjusted.

## Setup and limits

The directory links an icystorm.rmskin package. Follow the listed source instructions for installation and snow-effect configuration. Fall speed, wind speed, and flake count are named settings, but the supplied text does not show their controls; check the source page.

The evidence does not confirm whether the mountain-and-forest background is included in the download. It gives no measured resource usage or specific operating limits for different snowflake counts. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
