## Setup and limits

An RMSKIN package is available in the directory listing. Follow the listed source instructions to install the skin and use its options; the supplied evidence names settings but does not explain page navigation or text editing.

The source describes visible notes and reminders, not timed alerts. It does not document text persistence, backup, synchronization or storage locations, so those behaviors cannot be established from this listing. Current Windows-build compatibility has not been independently verified; this research did not install or execute the skin.
